Are you looking for a new role within Asset Management?
Core Asset Consulting’s client a major asset and investment management company is looking for a Performance Analyst to join their company.
Within this role your responsibilities will be to assist in the timely and accurate production of client and composite performance data for the company’s internal and external clients. This involves working closely with the Client Service Managers and the Client Communications and Marketing departments, contributing to the excellent client service levels consistently achieved by the company.

Essential:

* Proficient Microsoft and Excel skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver work to a high standard of accuracy
* Proven organisational skills, can demonstrate ability to meet deadlines and undertake and manage multiple tasks
* Strong numeracy skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Good communication, both written and oral.
* Strong focus on customer service
* Takes the initiative and takes a solution orientated approach.

Desirable:

* Experience of performance measurement methodology
* Experience of performance systems
* Knowledge of ICON

Core Responsibilities:

* Completion of regular department tasks using the task management system and the performance measurement system. These tasks include, headline performance summaries, detailed attribution reports, 3rd party reconciliations, questionnaires and GIPS composite reports
* Assessing ad-hoc requests and producing performance information as required by internal and external clients, often within tight deadlines
* Checking performance information for inclusion in quarterly client reports
* Ad-hoc project work contributing to continuous improvement of department processes
