From their designers to their engineers, they pride themselves on extensive structural research and development, with a focus on attention to detail and cost efficiency.

To that end, they are on the hunt for a talented industry experienced individual to join their team. You will be based in the West Midlands, working from Home and having the chance to earn some fantastic money with the support of the best in the business behind you.

They have been providing expertise in the design, manufacture and installation of temporary and permanent modular building solutions for 60 years through the expertise of all their employees – the cornerstones of their success!

The Role:

* The successful candidate will be responsible for the growth of new and existing business sales across the Modular buildings or Main Contractor industry with particular focus on key accounts in the academy trusts, education, commercial, housing or healthcare.
* You will need to be efficiently developing/maintaining a new business pipeline and working to provide total solutions for Key Accounts in order to further develop the service offering and partnership with the client.
* Targeted to securing a certain about of new business.
* Liaise with colleagues in other departments to successfully enrich the full business offerings
* With success, you will have the opportunity to work Nationally, Internationally and across the wider business divisions.


* A successful background of Business Development within the Modular Building Industry or Main Contractor/Specialist Sub Contractor.
* Experience of working on national and regional accounts.
* Proven ability of maintaining and developing a pipeline.
* Effective diary management.
* Ambition to work in an environment that rewards success and a drive to succeed in fast growing but established business working alongside a focussed management team.

An ability to adapt to different client bases, tailor solutions and maintain long term commercial relationships with clients.
