We would like to offer you an opportunity to join our team of Telesales Executives with both full-time and part-time positions. We offer fully flexible roles for those that are unable to attend work on a set calendar basis.

This opportunity is excellent for both those that are looking to expand their sales knowledge and skill set, and are looking to work on a full-time basis. Whilst also being suitable for those that have other commitments in life such as children.

If you have experience and a successful track record in traditional telemarketing, this role is an obvious progression into a more consultative approach to high level, consultative selling.

Our process is called OUTREACH Formula and has been described as cold calling without the cold calls!

The role is on our Outbound team, working on a variety of client campaigns that are all high value propositions, targeting senior executives that have all had a series of email correspondence (run by our Campaigns Team) before a call is made.

We will offer full training, but we are looking for bright, determined, tenacious and ambitious individuals who can add real value to our company.

If you have a successful, proven track record in achieving these objectives in previous roles, you will be in an advantageous position.

We are not just an appointment setters or traditional telemarketing agency. We start conversations for our clients, at high level, in corporate clients. You must be confident and credible enough to speak at this level, with a consultative approach, as we do not script.

Essential Criteria:

* Previous experience in a B2B sales environment;
* Must have good writing skills;
* Determined & enthusiastic;
* Ability to multi task;
* Excellent organisational skills;
* Good communication skills;
* Excellent phone manner;
* Ability to build strong working relationships over the phone;
* Possess the ability to work under pressure;
* Work to deadlines.

Desirable Criteria:

* Knowledge and experience with CRM;
* Computer and IT literacy;
* Positive and creative mind-set to solving problems and achieving campaign objectives.
