We are recruiting for our high-end client who is based in Peckham, for an experience Customer Service Team Leader/Supervisor. Job Description The main duties of the Customer Service Team Leader are: -To manage order processing tasks on a daily basis from receipt of order to final delivery using company’s warehouse management software.-To ensure all customer service standards are maintained-To ensure all orders are processed and customer information is current and correct-Handling of customer queries-Communicate on a daily basis with internal departments, warehouse, customers and stakeholders-Daily general administrative duties-To gain knowledge of company and products in order to represent company to the best of your ability-To complete new line information as required-To ensure all orders are managed and processed effectively and accurately-Act as a primary point of contact regarding order and delivery queries-Proactively resolve order queries with internal and external stakeholders to meet business and customer expectations-Support the Customer Services Manager and Customers by providing a 5* service-Maintain and update customer data on a regular basis to ensure information is accurate The ideal candidate will have/be: -Excellent attention to detail-Previous experience within a Customer Services role-IT literate with experience of MS office applications-Understanding of Supply Chain/ Manufacturing principles desirable-Strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills-Comfortable liaising with individuals at all levels-Able to work to strict deadlines and remain calm under pressure-Proactively seeks improved ways of working and adoption of best practice principles-Order processing experience Apply now!We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/belief, sexual orientation or age.
