As the Customer Service Advisor, your duties will be to:Handle queries in a timely manner.Input data within the in-house computer system.Make call notes.Work to company guidelines to ensure a first-class service is provided to clients at all times.Liaise with clients / external partners via telephone, e-mail and letter.Ensure that all accounts are up to date and accurate.Escalate queries when necessary. To be a successful Customer Service Advisor you will have the following skills and experience:An excellent telephone manner and good customer service skills.A resilient nature with the ability to deal with difficult circumstances and sensitive situations.Good IT knowledge.Excellent time management skills. Full training is provided. Full-time hours available, working on a shift pattern. In return, the Customer Service Advisor will receive a salary of £7.05 - £7.50 per hour.
