An outsourced contact centre provider offering outsourced customer services support to fast-growing and well-established organisations across the UK is seeking a Customer Service Advisor based in Chippenham to join its expanding team. You'll be working in modern offices with benefits including discounts with over 70 client companies, the chance for promotion and salary increases and a daily sandwich van - these roles are truly not one to miss!This company handle a wide range of inbound telephone and online enquiries on behalf of its clients, as well as outbound campaigns.As the Customer Service Advisor your duties will include:Conducting transactions across a number of channels including email, webchat, social media and letter.Answering and processing calls in a professional, consistent, and responsive manner.Developing relationships and manage client expectations, to provide a positive experience for each client.Conducting transactions (including email, webchat, letter and social media), processing and capturing information accurately, keeping records up to date at all times.Achieving minimum standards in quality monitoring assessments.Identifying and escalating priority issues appropriately.Resolving product issues by clarification of the client's concern; determine the root cause of the issue; expedite correction or adjustment and follow up to ensure resolution. To be a successful Customer Service Advisor you will have the following skills and experience: It is essential that you are able to work in a collaborative environment and communicate effectively at all times.Strong communication skills.Basic IT skills.Previous experience as a Contact Centre Agent, Call Handler, Telephone Advisor or within a customer facing role such as retail, hospitality, etc. Both permanent and temporary roles are on offer.
