We are looking for individuals who want to make a difference to peoples lives.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a role within social care, so you will be an energetic and enthusiastic self-starter and eager to learn about all aspects of our life.

working with us will give you the opportunity to care and support our long term residents and people in supported living, who have a learning difficulty.

If you have qualifications thats great, if you dont we can help you to achieve them with paid for qualifications, including NVQ's and english and maths, if you want too.

you will recieve excellent support from our experienced team through a thorough induction and a clear support network.

Over time you will establish yourself as a confident member of staff who will have opportunities to progress within the company.

The role is to support people with learning difficulties in small care homes (3-4 people) and in their own houses of flats.

you will be required to complete 1 sleep per week alongside your working hours.

we can be flexible around your working hours but it must include working every other weekend, for which you will be recieve enhanced pay.

Essential Skills

* No qualifications or experience required we can give you that, although NVQ qualified staff recieve a higher rate of pay.
* We require a can do attitude, positivity and a desire to make a difference to the lives of our residents.

Desirable Skills

* NVQ 2 and experience of working in a care environment are desirable but not essential.

we provide specialist care and education for students and residents with learning difficulties , often in the area of autism.
