Are you an Employment Law specialist looking to join a progressive and rewarding consultancy?

THE OPPORTUNITY:

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Employment Law Advisor to join an expanding team to provide tailored and customer focused service to a variety of clients.

RESPONSIBILITES:

* To provide a dedicated HR Employment Law Service to a number of key accounts.
* To provide advice on a wide range of employee related matters including absence and health issues, conduct and capability, disciplinary and grievance. Also advice on matters associated with organisational change such as restructures, redundancy and TUPE.
* To provide advice that is comprehensive and commercially minded advice as well as in line with current employment legislation and best practice standards.
* To develop and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with clients and colleagues, establishing professional credibility and scope for the promotion of additional services.
* To provide onsite support to clients on more complex employee related matters such as disciplinary and grievance casework, ensuring legislation, policy and best practice are followed at all times.
* To draft or review clients policies to ensure legal compliance.
* To understand the principle of good management information and be able to report on issues as required.
* To keep up to date with developments in employment legislation and human resources best practice, knowledge sharing within the team to ensure continuous development and improvement in the service offered.
* To undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this job.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Have a professional qualification in Employment Law and / or HR (LPC / CIPD)
* Excellent working knowledge on Employment Law
* A professional attitude and presence
* Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills both written and verbal
* Commercial awareness
