Job Description:

One of the world leaders in the audio industry are currently looking for an Apprentice PCB Design Engineer to join their renowned and very well established R&D department based in Surrey.

My client are market leaders and have an excellent, well established, design team.

This role would suit a school leaver with an ‘A’ level in electronics who is looking for an apprenticeship opportunity that will lead to a full time PCB Design position.

They currently employ two, highly experienced, PCB Design Engineers. Both of whom have been with the company for many years. One is planning to retire in around one year’s time. So they are looking to employ someone fairly inexperienced, who they can training up before he retires. So this is a great opportunity work very closely with a very experienced engineer, and fast track into becoming a valuable member of the R&D team.

Ensure all schematics tie up to the corresponding PCB’s and assist with checking and validation of schematics
Provide manufacturing drawings and/or data to subcontractors.
