Digital Analyst

Our client, a highly successful yet vibrant and dynamic company, are looking for a skilled Conversion Rate Optimizer (CRO)/ Digital Analyst to join their team in Brighton.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation where your work will be highly valued, and you’ll have the opportunity to really ‘make your mark’.
The successful candidate will play a key part in improving the conversion rates on the various global websites, within B2B and B2C channels.
Day to day activities will vary, and whilst you will have guidance much of your work will be generated by yourself- we’re looking for someone with a passion for web analytics who will enjoy analysing data, creating and analysing tests, and making a difference to the organisation.
The office that this role sits in is friendly, informal and dynamic.

Skills/Experience Required:
• Proven experience in using data and online tests to optimise the customer journey, and conversion rates.
• Highly analytical and technical- confident to conceive and implement online tests and experiments using CSS and HTML to build your own tests.
• Highly experienced with web testing- A/B and MVT
• Experience in an ecommerce/trading environment and working on a transactional website.
• Deep knowledge of Google Analytics (or similar) including event tracking, segments, attribution, and ability to crunch data to gain actionable insights and recommendations.
• Curious nature and driven to personally make improvements to the company site, conversion rates and ultimately return on investment (ROI).
• Ideally educated to a Degree level in a relevant field or credited with relevant marketing/digital qualifications.
