Are you a dedicated Customer Service Representative, willing to go the extra mile to deliver outstanding service? An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Representative to join this expanding, family run business based in Bishop Sutton. You will need to be flexible to work 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days, between the hours of 07:00 & 18:30. Salary £18,000 - £21,000 plus excellent benefits including OTE bonus, annual bonus, pension and more!

As Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for handling incoming/ outgoing calls, rectifying errors with customer orders, order processing and responding to emails to build relationships with clients and deliver outstanding levels of customer service.

You will be a motivated and dedicated individual possessing excellent IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook) and a keen eye for detail. You will have a drive to deliver the best customer service possible, any experience in food produce would be advantageous.
