We are currently recruiting for a Service Administrator to join our team.

The purpose of the role is to provide exceptional customer service, by ensuring you perform your duties in a positive and professional manner at all times. To accurately record and keep all necessary paperwork and administration documentation in pursuance of the job objectives, ensuring the same is submitted to the right place, in the required timescales.

The role can be emotional with mental stress as you are dealing with customer that are ill and family members that are under considerable strain.

* Essential customer service for first point of contact for all customers’ needs and requirements.
* Manage customer accounts.
* Service and repair equipment.
* Communicate with their line manager.
* Process emails, and other administration documentation.
* Manage a small stock of rental assets.
* Maintain a small stock of spare parts.
* To provide internal administration support to the external service centres.
* Organise appointment for delivery, servicing and cleaning of equipment.
