Manage the Customer Solutions function “Solution design”, by offering consultancy services and projects for customer information solutions

Your Role

The Customer Solutions Project Manager takes responsibility for Customer Specific Solutions Consulting & Implementation Projects. Solutions include Data Integration (EDI & API), Business Intelligence (BO & Tableau) and Online Solutions (myKN). Focus is on large US based CP and GA as well as selected DA. This will lead to increased customer utilization of Kuehne + Nagel’s Information Solutions, thereby supporting new business as well as improving customer retention.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the Customer Solutions function “Solution Implementation” offering Solution Implementation services for Customer Information Solutions
• Solution Implementation services will be required for new customers, here solutions will be implemented in joint approach with the Business Implementation Team
• Solution Implementation services will be required for existing customers (re-engineering projects)
• Manage the Customer Solutions function “Solution Support” offering customer feedback, support and training for Customer Information Solutions
• Preparation, execution and review of customer meetings and events in line with CST and national sales activities
• Proven ability to successfully complete challenging projects and exceed results in an ambiguous work environment
• You’re customer centric and as such can easily put yourself into customer shoes
• You like to work in teams and communicate well

Your Skills and Experiences

  • A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Logistics, Information Technology or an equivalent education
  • Minimum 3 years forwarding, carrier or similar experience
  • Minimum 3 years Solution Consulting experience preferably in supply chain
  • Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience and preferably in supply chain
  • Advanced PC and MS Office application knowledge (including MS Visio)
  • Affinity with Digitalization in general and eCommerce plus Online Information Systems specifically
  • Driving License
  • Willingness to travel
