A Business Partner of Transformify has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Representative in their Customer Support – Business Support & Analysis department on a 3-month contract. Fluency in English and French essential.

The purpose of the role is to provide an excellent level of support to customers across all digital products and services by taking ownership of their problems, enquiries, requests and issues, and either resolving these or co-ordinating a response from the second level of escalation.

Key Accountabilities:

Ensure customer satisfaction through the provision of excellent quality service by analyzing, resolving and logging complex customer queries in an accurate and timely manner

Liaise with all departments as appropriate, accurately disseminating information, in order to ensure that responses to complex queries are communicated to consumers in an appropriate and timely manner

Develop and manage scripts to be used by all staff when answering queries

Essential Criteria:
Fluency in English and French- spoken and written to a level of business fluency
Excellent Customer Service skills
High level of communication skills both verbal and written
Proven experience or appreciation of working in a customer-focused environment
Ability to grasp and understand information and systems quickly
Ability to prioritise
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work on own initiative but be a good team player
Good inter-personal skills
