What You Will Be Doing

You will take on a multi-faceted, exciting and complex role. We always aim to leverage people's strengths, so we'll try and create a job description which will help you maximise your full potential. There is ample space for further growth, and you responsibilities could include the following:

  • You will be in charge of our outstanding City Managers team. You will hire, develop and manage them. You will advise them on their day-to-day challenges as well as high-level objectives, including City P&L, Growth and Client Retention
  • You will work together with our CMO and Director of Sales to ensure cities are growing and to optimise conversion rates
  • You will work together with our Head of Client Success, Head of Finance, Guest Support Team Leader and COO to shape the future of the Operations team and to implement it
  • You will work on process improvement projects as well as new features for our stakeholders (hosts, guests, suppliers, employees)
  • You will work on special projects and pilots to scale the company and try new business models
  • Any other amazing challenge the business will throw at you!

Interview Process

The interview process is structured as follows:

  1. Initial 30-minutes call to discuss previous experience, motivation, culture fit, etc.
  2. Written test to solve real-life problems and give you a better understanding of the role
  3. In-depth 60-minutes call to discuss test, role, skillset, company plans, etc.
  4. Final 60-minutes interview with Management Team + meet the wider team

Individual feedback will be provided to all candidates who'll reach Step 3.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience (e.g. general management, consulting, operations)
  • Top quartile quantitative skills, problem solving and leadership skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package and Google G Suite
  • Excellent English written and spoken communication skills. Extra language is a plus
  • Experience hosting or staying on Airbnb (or similar) is a plus
  • Availability to work flexible (and sometimes long) hours
