The ROLE

We are looking for an energetic and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager (BDM) with exceptional communication skills to promote and sell our services and platform solution to companies within the Hospitality, sector.


The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be dedicated to engaging with prospects, arranging meetings, pitching to key decision makers in the business and delivering against pre-determined budget targets and company strategy.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As Business Development Manager (BDM) you will develop a sales strategy to generate new business within the Hospitality sector and really own the end to end process.


You will build and maintain an in-depth understanding of our platform and how it works and the benefits it offers and manage and report against pipeline and sales targets.


As Business Development Manager (BDM) you will meet with clients to outline benefits of our platform and close new business trials, negotiating profitable contracts with clients to meet revenue targets.


You will work closely with the account management team to ensure smooth and professional handover of new business and report directly to the Sales Director.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales exec or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (PipeDrive)
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Professional, friendly and the ability to build rapport quickly within a face to face environment
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Market knowledge
