Greater Minds are looking for an Affiliate Manager (aka Joint Venture Partnership Manager) to play an important role recruiting and cultivating business relationships to increase company revenue.

We are seeking someone who is a highly motivated, ambitious self-starter with natural and strong interpersonal skills. You will lead and manage the day-to-day of all joint venture activities including promotional events (1-3 per year) of our online products. You will also lead monthly outbound promotions.

As the lead of the Affiliate Marketing department, you will be personable, confident, articulate and professional as you would represent our company in a very important role. A large portion of our partners are based outside of the UK in other timezones and we expect you to go above and beyond to ensure our partners are well taken care of when required. In This Position You Will:

  • Recruit New JV Partners - Enroll new, high quality affiliates to promote Greater Minds programs and ensure maximum ROI on each offer
  • Manage Existing JV Partners - Maintain positive relationships with existing partners via ongoing support, assistance, recommendations, updates, commission payments, etc
  • Screen New Opportunities - Assess new programs, products and offers
  • Exceed Targets - Ensure each promotion/event and monthly goals achieve affiliate revenue goals
  • Maintain Outbound Mailing Calendar - Schedule and manage outbound mailings and article support for partners while tracking JV agreements
  • Maintain Affiliate Hub - Ensure all affiliates have instant and convenient access to all information, promotional marketing assets and tools
  • Help Train Our Affiliates - Provide lessons, automated email marketing funnel, etc
  • Handle Internal/External Affiliate Accounts - Manage and follow up with affiliate accounting and commission payments
  • Analyze Data & Reports: Monitor affiliate activities, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenue

Job Requirements:

  • You are a highly organized individual capable of prioritizing your work schedule, managing projects and delivering to tight deadlines
  • You have an impeccable command of written and spoken English
  • You are highly numerate and love using spreadsheets
  • You have strong social skills and love to network
  • You pride yourself on being the most organized person you know and your attention to detail is off the charts
  • You are a great team player
  • You love to learn and will jump at the learning opportunities and resources we have on offer for you to help sharpen your skills
  • You are a very competent computer user and you fully embrace using technology to increase your productivity
  • You will have Apple Mac experience and a working knowledge of the tools in ‘G Suite by Google’ (Docs/Spreadsheets/Slides).  We also use Asana, HipChat and other project management tools. Previous experiences with these are a plus
  • You wouldn’t feel intimidated speaking with the ‘experts’ or ‘guru’s that we partner with and will enjoy the opportunity to impress them

Preferred But Not Essential

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2+ years experience recruiting and maintaining key relationships in a business development, sales or marketing-related environment
  • An interest in the self improvement or online education/training market
  • An understanding online or digital marketing. You will be required to understand the digital projects we work (with full training provided)

Salary Depending on Experience:

£19,000 - £28,000 per annum
