Responsibilities:

* Manage customer accounts and resolve various account issues;
* Provide information and support to clients, mainly through written communication (e-mails / on-line chat);
* Proactive communication with customers to increase customer retention and value;
* Understand and follow company guidelines and internal office rules;
* Interaction with other company departments;



Main Requirements:

* Fluent level of Swedish and excellent English – both verbal and written;
* Strong interest and knowledge in sports;
* Excellent communication skills and active listening;
* Good computer skills;
* Interested to relocate to Sofia;
