At Fulfil.IO, we are building the operations management platform of the future. Our platform helps SMB retailers to improve efficiency and give their customers a superior fulfillment experience.


Working in a supporting role under an Account Executive, your main focus will be to fill the middle of the sales pipeline with qualified prospects.

Job Requirements:

You'll Need to have:

* You have 0 - 2 years experience of SaaS Sales or as an SDR

* An adventurous and entrepreneurial spirit

* A ridiculously strong work ethic - by it's very nature, Sales is a 24/7/365 beast

* Intelligence and an ability to think outside of the box

* A solution oriented mind and drive

* Self-discipline and the ability to stay focused amongst the chaos

* A passion for connecting with and talking to new people

* An ability to understand unique business practices and needs (no two customers are the exact same)

* The ability to know your audience, adapt to it - speak and write prospects like a pro
* You have a great sense of humour
* Self-motivation and initiative

* A knack for pushing things to the next stage
* A love for cat videos and the willpower not to watch them on the job

Bonus Points if you have:

* Outbound Sales and Customer Service experience

* Creative writing/marketing/social media experience

* Experience working in any roles in a retail/wholesale environment (especially eCommerce)
* Previous experience selling SaaS products in the SMB market

* Experience working in a CRM
* Startup IQ

* Mad internet, news and social media creeping skills

* An overweight dog named Phil to act as the unofficial company mascot (Full Phil)

You'll be working on:

* Filing the middle of the Sales Pipeline with Qualified Prospects
* Quickly researching and qualifying prospects using an existing list

* Personalizing existing email sequences based on your research

* Outreaching, engaging and follow up on cold prospects using phone, email and social media

* Using a CRM to diligently document interactions and track prospects through the sales pipeline

* Qualifying prospects over the phone, ensuring Fulfil.IO is the right fit for their business

* Consistently following through on sequences and tasks

* Moving prospects through the sales pipeline and booking demos with qualified prospects

* Supporting Account Executives, Sales Managers and your team members

* Improving your time and task management day in and day out

* Handling inbound leads when needed

* Other tasks as assigned, when needed
