Job Description:

Main responsibilities:
  1. Planning production meetings, worker schedules, production activities, machine maintenance plans and maintaining product quality and budgets.
  2. Planning, formulating, organizing, controlling, and directing production activities.
  3. Managing time-lines and work priorities and allocating resources to meet the assigned factory time-lines and goals.
  4. Ensuring that the product effectively satisfies the quality level ordered by the client.
  5. Executing factory manufacturing strategic plan and aligning it with general plant strategy.
  6. Supervising quality standards and enforcing quality-control programs.
  7. Reviewing the overall performance and identifying training necessities of factory employees.

Job Requirements:

Requirements:
  1. Experience in infant formula and RTF (ready to feed) industry
  1. Knowledge of  baby-food and nutrition.
  2. Excellent written and oral presentation skills in English, Chinese speaking is not an essential.
  3. Bachelor degree and above, major in food, biology and nutrition etc.
  4. Retired experienced professionals are welcomed
