Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated independent self-starter with strong communication skills to join our Application Operations Department.

 

What will be expected from you?

  • 1st level  support  (of internal Banking applications and business)
  • Request, Incident, Change and Problem management,
  • Application monitoring
  • Analysis and troubleshooting
  • KPIs reporting
  • Participating in on-call schedules, weekend and public holiday support when required
  • Contributing as an effective team player

Job Requirements:

Client prefer candiates with:

  • IT background
  • Very good analytical and problem solving skills
  • An independent, stress resistant, responsible attitude
  • Good communication skills in English and German is a must
  • Knowledge of various Operating Systems and Database platforms (Windows, Unix, SQL, etc.)
