Job Description:

What will you do?

  • You will be responsible for tracking performance data and reporting to management on a periodic basis.
  • You will provide support to internal teams, solving queries from internal team members, partners or end-user customers 
  • Also, you will consistently execute against all service level agreements and key performance indicators which may include quote turnaround time, sales targets, quote accuracy and other metrics. 
  • Working collaboratively with other internal stakeholders to ensure all issues as solved, and all data are correct and updated
  •  

Job Requirements:

  • Do you speak fluent English + fluent French?
  • Are you communicative and do you have strong written skills as well?
  • Are you experienced user of MS Office, especially of Excel?
  • Are teamwork, time management and time accuracy your strengths?
