Cross Border Talents is recruiting GERMAN Speaking Customer Advisor to work at one of our Clients in Lisbon, Portugal.
 
Become a member of our Clients International IQOS Support Team and support the company in serving its customers of Electric cigarettes  which are currently revolutionizing the smoker market. You can expect an exciting and international working atmosphere.
 
 
Your Role as a Customer Advisor:
• Customer care by phone and email;
• Detailed information of the customer about any questions about IQOS products;
• Professional advice on the use of IQOS products;
• Support with online ordering;
• Processing of warranty cases.
 
An intensive training of all new employees forms the foundation of a successful activity. 
During the training, you will gain an insight into your future field of work. This includes:
 
• Integration into the existing team on  Portugal;
• Training in software systems for electronic data processing;
• Comprehensive product training on our client's offers and services;
• Introduction to customer relationship management and telephone counseling;
• Practical insights into everyday working life and independent development of training content.
 
 
 
 
 

 

Job Requirements:

Your Profile as a Customer Support Agent:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical & relevant experience of 3+ years in customer
  • service profile
  • Previous customer service experience using similar platforms and channels
  • Responsible, qualified to handle sensitive user info
  • Proven ability in working in a metrics-driven environment inclusive of CSAT and case resolution times
  • Previous experience in troubleshooting & customer support
  • Experience in data center environment providing customer support, & resolving
  • issues
  • Ability/experience in handling product support through all channels -
  • Phone, Email, and Chat
  • Excellent business writing skills
  • Good typing speed (50 wpm & more)
  • Service oriented approach
  • Fluent in GERMAN & ENGLISH
  • Excellent oral & written business communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite
  • EU Work Permit
