The Opportunity
As a Sales Controller you will to contribute to the Sales and Marketing team in the planning, execution, and management of our multi-channel, global campaigns to generating new business revenue and build our company identity. You will work with, and report directly to, the Managing Partner who is the acting Chief Business Development Officer. This is a chance to contribute to a dynamic, fast growing company in a highly innovative industry. You would be joining a spirited team in a great working atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
§  Design and implement Atheneum’s global marketing strategy, in line with business Coordinating the sales process, planning, and control functions
§  Supporting lead generation globally through professional networking and cold-call techniques
§  Adhering to the organization process guidelines and techniques, which are associated with sales divisions.
§  Establishing, tracking, and analyzing sales targets
§  Prospecting and building new business; interaction with prospective clients throughout the entire sales and renewal cycle, with an average cycle of 4 – 5 months
§  Advising on the best methods for using SalesForce as a tool to monitor an international team
§  Maintaining the SalesForce plan and updating according to evolving needs of the Sales Team

Job Requirements:

§  University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Sales
§  Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant position
§  Experience with SalesForce and advanced knowledge of setting up tools and functions preferred
§  Strong drive and proactive mindset
§  Hands-on mentality and solution oriented attitude
§  Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
§  Creativity and ability to innovate  
§  Ability to work in an fast-paced environment
§  Ability to collaborate with multinational and cross-functional teams
§  Fluency in English, oral and written; knowledge of German as a plus
§  Excellent knowledge of MS Office, experience with design software desirable                                         
§  Driven to contribute to a growing, international company
§  Fluent in English, plus at least one additional language preferred
§  Available full-time, M-F 9AM-6PM
§  EU citizen or valid German work permit
