Job Description:

Performs warehouse work related to receipt, shipment, storage, distribution/delivery of products, parts, materials, loads/unloads.  Move and storage of items, operates hand truck, forklift or other heavy equipment.

Job Requirements:

Warehouse Associate Duties and Responsibilities

• Batch Daily shipments
• Daily pick/pack and shipment of products
• ALWAYS double check shipment orders for accuracy
• Stack separate carrier packages together for pick up
• Responsible for fully stocking the Pick Pack and Fill lines Daily
• Assist with special building and handy man requests
• Daily light cleaning of office, facility and warehouse including Clean-up , sweep, breakdown of boxes, remove trash and recycle cardboard
• Perform Monthly maintenance on necessary equipment
• Restock & organize product, boxes, packing materials (new & recycled)
• Consult with Warehouse Manager on all procedures, supply ordering, messages/form content, etc.
• Receive deliveries and unload pallets of inventory, supplies from trucks.  
• Track product items by LOT numbers and rack ID                 
• Deliver receiving packslip and shipping paperwork to Warehouse Manager
• Investigate unshipped orders
• Production prep work for all join packs, kits, boxes, shrink wrap, etc.
• Maintain safe work practices amongst warehouse personnel
• Process "physical refund" requests in Endicia
• Run "end of day" report and  retrieve mail totals
• Help load/unload DHL / FedEx, Etc. shipments on truck
• Lock warehouse doors, shut down computer Monitors, turn lights off, Pull plug on the Shrink Wrap Machine.


Warehouse Associate Requirements

• Minimum three months experience in warehouse shipping/receiving
• DHL ship manager experience a plus
• International terms and shipping knowledge a big plus
• Follow and comply with company policies and procedures
• Detail oriented
• PC literate
• Ability to effectively communicate with others
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly
• Ability to communicate with others in the team and other departments
• Ability to detect, analyze and resolve problems
• Ability to work under pressure
• Forklift experience
• Positive attitude is required

Physical Requirements

• Required to stand, walk, and sit.  Able to use hands and fingers on a (computer) keyboard and other office equipment  
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception
• The noise level in the work environment is moderate
