Job Description:

The Territory Account Manager (TAM) focused sales position will be responsible for growing sales levels for our clients Data Center Infrastructure solutions.

There are two positions available: One based in Frankfurt and one in Munich

Responsibilities will include:

  • Promote, present, and sell the solutions to end user customers in the assigned area to achieve desired sales quota targets.
  • Support sales opportunities generated from marketing activities and reseller partners, and develop sales opportunities independently through leads, cold calls, market research, and networking.
  • Operate independently and effectively manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification through close while leveraging pool of resources that includes Sales Engineers, Sales Consultants, and Channel Managers.
  • Provide ongoing intelligence and analysis regarding the actions of competition in the given territory to management.
  • Insure ongoing cadence with sales management with focus on Solution Selling.
  • Identify opportunities for new business, expansion into untapped agencies and communicate resource needs to address      these opportunities.
  • Participate in clients attended trade shows and conferences to promote the company and its Solutions.
  • Utilizes references and industry contacts within the territory to increase sales activity.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed to achieve desired results.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Sales experience – 10 years in technology solution sales working directly with end users including the ownership and development of existing accounts as well as experience of developing new accounts
  • Knowledge and experience of Infrastructure sales
  • Strong communication skills both in terms of written and verbal communications
  • Good commercial skills – demonstrates experience of developing large and complex bids / commercial offerings to blue chip companies.
  • Relationship Management skills – Works well developing relationships with key individuals at all levels within an end user / partner.

Salary Benefits:

Base salary of 60,000 with a bonus of 20-39% and company car.
