At our site in Boeblingen-Hulb we support our customer, a leading producer of Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) for the semiconductor industry, in development of software for his products.
 
To strengthen our team we are looking for several
 
Semiconductor Automatic Test Equipment Engineers (m/f)
 
with strong knowledge and experience in developing semiconductor test programs using ATE platforms.
 
Your responsibilities:
  • Specify and develop automated test programs for SoC devices using V93000 SmarTest product
  • Define test methodologies and test cases in close cooperation with chip design and chip test engineers for German and European customers
  • Solve engineering and production problems for customers
  • Being part of our V93000 applications engineering and customer support team
 
 

Job Requirements:

Your profile:
  • academic degree in Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Computer Science or related discipline
  • good C++ programing and scripting skills
  • experience with Advantest T2000 platform OR equal platform
  • test development experience for automotive, industrial or advanced power management devices
  • test development experience using OTPL and TCT programming languages for testing automotive and power devices
  • reliable, professional, strong teamwork skills, well-structured and analytic work approach,result and customer oriented, ability to work under pressure
  • readiness to travel both domestically as well as within the EU (50%)
  • excellent English language skills, verbal and written, German language is a benefit
