Our client is a leading company providing solutions to leading Automotive companies. They want to expand their actitivities in Germany and have opened a position in Business Development. The company is offering a lucrative salary package and are flexible in terms of the structure. You can choose between having an bonus-oriented package or one with higher base salary. It's great opportunity to adjust your returns to your specific financial needs and requirements.

You will have the unique opportunity to work from home and also visit clients. It's a great balance between being independent in your work schedule and at the same time develop a strong network in the automotive industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Increasing sales revenues in Germany
• Achieving customer loyalty and focusing on mainting relationships with current clients (account management)
• Generating new clients (business development)
• Identifying new opportunities in existing markets to further increase market share
• Representation of the company at events
• Organising customer visits

The ideal candidate would have:

• Automotive Technical background

• Experience in sales or consulting

• Strengths in product presentation

• Affinity for new and innovative technologies

• Negotiation skills
