Job Description:

  1. German speaking with native accent
  2. At least 2 years of hands on experience in Help desk or Service desk or contact center handling IT application user’s calls and E- mails.
  3. Creation of ticket in ticketing tool like HPSC, service now, BMC remedy etc. from email or call received from users.
  4. Resolve the ticket referring to SOP (standard operating procedure documented or SKM databsae) by following up step by step process. Managing requirement of first rate of resolution KPI.
  5. In case of level 2 tickets assigning the tickets to right resource in level 2 support.
  6. Providing feedback to user for their ticket status.
  7. Reassigning and managing various statuses of tickets within in SLA reaction time
  8. Familiarity with IT application level 1 support in technologies Java, .Net and mainframe
  9. IT qualification of some sort is required, like certification course, training etc.
  10. Ready to work in the shifts as service desk is 24X7
