Skill set.
 

Ø At least 4 Years of L2/L3 support experience in CA Service Desk Manager
 
Ø Strong Knowledge in SPEL, HTMPL , JavaScript/HTML/XML
 
Ø Strong Knowledge in CA Service Desk APIs and CA SDM Web services
 
Ø Good understanding in PERL programming and basic SQL
 
Ø Knowledge of ITIL service management processes; Preferably ITIL Foundation certified
 
Ø Strong communication & analytical skills
 
Ø Good to have understanding in PHP, Unix
 
Perl programming skills AND CA Service Desk ( Spel & HTMPL ) are mandatory for us.
