Our client is a leading globally recognised Automotive company. They are opening a new position in sales as they planning on even further expanding on an international (EMEA) level. The company is a global leader in its market and offers excellent progression opportunities. There is a chance to develop into the sales department in managerial positions and also to grow into other departments if you wish to expand your expertise. Your functions will be diverse - strategic, account management, business development. You will have the chance to specialise in different functions and also move to different departments if you wish to do so in the future.

Responsiblities include:

* Managing responsibility for major key accounts
* Coverage of existing business
* Continuous business development
* Initiation, planning and execution of product launches
* Formulation and execution of regularly updated key account plans as well as strategic business plans and forecasts
* Excellent project management to introduce new products
* Monitoring of market and competition
* Technical and commercial negotiations
* Close cooperation with different departments

The ideal candidate would have:

* Extensive Automotive experience
* Experience with adhesives and/or electronic products
* Technical or commerical background
* Project management skills
* Negotiation skills
