For our client in Dusseldorf we are currently looking for a strategic Marketing Manager in Perm /Arbeitnehmerüberlassung (labour leasing).

Period: asap - 31.12.2018
Work schedule: full time
Lodaction: Dusseldorf and/or Gelsenkirchen
Project language: English

Job Purpose:
-Manage + support strategy and marketing activities of Engineering and Energy Services functions - \"4 P\" of marketing in broad interpretation and support development and implementation of marketing strategy of the business:

Product - Customer segmentation, product portfolio, product development
Place - Delivery model
Price - Market intelligence on pricing, customers, markets, competitors
Promotion - Marketing communication

Main responsibilities:
The post holder’s responsibilities include the management or support of:
-Marketing strategy and marketing mix development of the business.
-Key ongoing activity is maintenance, improvement and implementation of customer segment specific sales + Marketing Plans, which are go-to-market strategies in a wider sense
-Structure and develop product portfolio of the business together with the business.
-Ongoing support in delivery model definition and implementation (e.g. partnering) together with the business.
-Responsible for market intelligence on which marketing strategies will be based.
-Where needed, for marketing communication liaise with the Marketing team (e.g. website, trade fairs and conferences, marketing materials such as brochures, presentations and product marketing material).
-All other activities of Sales + Marketing function on need basis.

Qualification/ Profile:
The post holder will have:
-Degree-level education (Bachelor-, Master of Science degree or equivalent) in engineering, business administration, economics or law
- + 5 years work experience
-Experience with Marketing, Strategy or Controlling
-Affinity to numbers, quantitative focus
-Strong analytical skills and entrepreneurial judgment
-Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented approach
-Comfortable to work with both commercial and technology content and stakeholders
-Ability to communicate effectively
-Enjoys team work
-Flexibility and readiness to work outside home country (on business trip basis)
-English as a prerequisite, additional languages welcome
-Experience of MS-Office applications
