We’re FinLeap, a Fintech company builder based in Berlin and active in more than ten countries. Along with our passionate co-founders, we launch several startups per year and focus on a long-overdue disruption and digitalization of banking and insurance. We’re now looking for an HR Project Manager (m/f) to join our People & Organizations Team.

As an HR Project Manager (m/f) you have the unique opportunity to dive into a wide range of HR topics. You’ll not only be the one who sets up smart reports to enable the team to take their work to the next level. You will also be in charge of driving and developing a variety of projects, from improving existing processes to designing new ones. As part of the People & Organization Team you will juggle many different balls and you’ll do that with your passion for Human Resources, a structured as well as independent working style and an exceptional attention to detail. What will keep you challenged?


  • You work autonomously on different HR related projects. The first projects we have in mind concern the implementation of new onboarding processes, the design of an HR meet-up series or employer branding.

  • You will push your projects forward and get connected with different internal stakeholders in order to execute them.

  • You will lead the research of different development topics and tools.


  • Set up of periodic reports for the Recruiting team as well as the People Operations team.

  • You will not only collect but scrutinize and analyze data to help the team draw conclusions on how to improve our work for the organization.

Team Support:

  • You work closely together with our Head of People Operations and our Director of People & Organization.

  • While being on top of your projects, you’re available for the team if needed to support with administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:

What will make you succeed?

  • Being passionate about a career in Human Resources and keeping yourself up to date on HR trends

  • 2+ years of relevant working experience, not necessarily but preferably in HR, Learning & Development, Controlling, Project Management or Team Assistance

  • First experience in setting up (HR) reports and an interest in data and crunching numbers

  • Skilled with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint (Tableau expertise would be a nice to have)

  • A strong detail-oriented mindset paired with a hands-on attitude, the will to challenge existing processes and recognizing improvement possibilities

  • You are trustworthy and aware of the sensitivity of HR related data.

  • Business fluency in English and very strong communication skills in German is required.

  • Besides your self-reliant, structured and pragmatic way of working, you are a quick learner and take responsibility for your own tasks.

  • With your excellent social skills, high self-motivation, self-confidence and hands-on mentality you perfectly fit into our team.
