Your Tasks

As a customer service representative, you are responsible for handling customer inquiries, advice or review processes. Become part of our international team and secure the best possible services to all final customers of our client.
• Inbound Customer Service;
• Secure respectable waiting times for our customers and answer questions at the highest level by phone, email and live chat;
• They guarantee excellent service quality and efficiency to achieve our team goals;
• You advise our customers competently and offer active newest offers.

Job Requirements:

Working hours
40 Hours per week on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Sunday, 07:00h to 23:00h.
Rotating shifts
  You will be assigned a daily working schedule of 8 hours with an additional hour lunch break. You will be informed in advance about the working schedule.

Native/Fluent German and good English (B2/C1)
Writing speed: 20 words per minute
