Our client, a well stablished Online Casino, is looking for a Head of Retention that will have overall responsibility for initiating and implementing retention strategies in order to retain, optimise and maximise player performance.

Revenue and Financial
Full responsibility for driving the company revenues and performance
Responsibility for managing retention budgets (including bonuses)
Responsibility for reporting against retention and company KPIs to both the COO and CEO
Key involvement in work plan and company budget planning processes 
Marketing Management
Overall responsibility for the development and implementation of brand promotions and campaigns
Planning and fully utilising any communication channels available, and taking a creative approach to optimise such channels
Focusing on market trends across mobile, tablet with emphasis on multi-platform
Managing change by applying change management concepts and methods to effectively implement organisational strategies in order to meet business objectives
Providing a consistent and effective process for the organisation to quickly adapt to changing business conditions including; communications, behavioural and motivational needs to achieve expected business results
Strategic Management
Leading and inspiring the Retention Team to execute first class retention strategies, campaigns and methodologies across the company
Engaging the wider business in retention activity and informing the business on the insights and ROI driven from the strategies
Key involvement in the decision making process of strategic initiatives across the business (including Product, Marketing, Branding, Operations, etc.)
Leading the development of the retention infrastructure that supports the execution of these strategies and tactics
Initiating new methodologies and projects across the company to drive revenues
Creating an environment for the effective development and implementation of organisation-wide strategies that support both short and long term business objectives
Management and Leadership:
Managing, leading and developing the Retention Team to meet the department vision and objectives
Encouraging individual and team creativity, performance and development
Responsibility for the implementation of the department’s technological road map together with the product/project team
Responsibility for implementing a culture of monitoring and analysing different player segments in order to initiate appropriate retention campaigns to maximise revenues
Driving insight into player behaviours to optimise the ongoing lifetime value of players across the various segments
Optimising user experience and creating engaging campaigns to maximise revenues
Work closely with your peers, especially to understand and help implement retention requirements, but also to support the wider business goals (revenues, acquisition, product quality, brand)
Working closely with the acquisition teams to support the growth of the marketing channels
Developing processes and procedures to continually improve efficiency within the department and with other departments
Embracing a strong information security culture ensuring full adherence to all information security policies, practices and procedures
Morally, ethically and legally responsible across all business activity
Setting an example to meet and exceed standards as a responsible gaming operator
Travelling on company business as and when required 

Job Requirements:

4 years’ proven managerial experience at a senior level
Educated to degree level in at least one of the following disciplines: Marketing, Business, Mathematics, Statistics
Highly results driven
Extensive experience and understanding of online gaming marketing
Strong analytical skills
Highly creative with a visionary approach to marketing
Proven experience and knowledge of CRM systems
Extensive knowledge and experience of retention tools and initiatives
Ability to lead and manage projects across the company and other departments in a timely manner
Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
Ability to work in a high pressure and dynamic environment
