Missions: 

Assure a customer service of exceptional quality; 
Help customers with their accounts, internet browser issues and billing; 
Communicate information related to products and services to customers. 
 

Job Requirements:

Job Requirements: 

- Be able to demonstrate a keen interest and passion in computer technology; 
- Native speaker level in Arabic; 
- Passion for films and television series; 
Working with Others - Team player with strong problem solving and conflict management skills; Friendly proactive attitude and great communicator in challenging situations; 
Problem Solving - Demonstrates problem solving and troubleshooting skills; Good reasoning and analytical skills; 
Planning & Organizing - Good multi-tasking and typing skills; Creativity - Ability to think out of the box to amaze customer and teammates experience in call center environment demonstrating professional phone skills. 

Work Schedule 

40 Hours per week on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Sunday, 7.00 am to 8.00 pm.
