Job Description:

We are currently recruiting Native/Fluent Arabic speakers candidates for a Customer Care and Technical Support position at a multinational Contact Center located in Athens, Greece.

You will be working for one of the best known, largest and most well respected multilingual Contact Centers worldwide; employing several thousand people around the globe, with offices in over 47 countries. The Contact Center handles more than 20,000 telephone based customer service projects every year on a global basis.

Job Requirements:

Graduates of High School (preferable College, University).

Technical Support & Customer Service (at least 1 year experience in similar position).

C1 level in English and French will be a plus.

Good Knowledge of PC (hardware, software, internet).

Windows, MS Office, Skype, Apple Products.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong team spirit.

Passionate about customer services.

Salary Benefits:

Fixed term contract

8 hours per day/5days per week (Working hours based on client’s needs, mainly Monday to Sunday 08:00am to 24:00pm).

Travel Expenses paid by our client.

First 15 days accommodation in Hotel paid by our client (during this time will have a company looking for accommodation according to your expectation).
