Job Description:

We are currently recruiting Native Dutch speaker candidates for a Technical Support and Customer Service position at a multinational Contact Center located in Athens, Greece.

You will be working for one of the best known, largest and most well respected multilingual Contact Centers worldwide; employing several thousand people around the globe, with offices in over 47 countries. The Contact Center handles more than 20,000 telephone based customer service projects every year on a global basis.

Main Responsibilities

Respond and record consumer enquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customers.
 
Maintain accurate data input of consumer enquiries, questions and feedback on the customer services database.
 
Ensure client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the company’s complaints escalation policy.
 
Provide a high level of customer service to clients at all times.
 
Ensure all support calls and (when applicable) emails are answered and resolved within the agreed SLAs and logged appropriately.
 
Work effectively as part of a team, developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues.
 
Troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents and system training.
 
Have a sound knowledge of all products and services, understanding their use and functionality.
 
Be able to offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.

Job Requirements:

Graduates of High School (preferable College, University).

Very Good knowledge of English (B2 level minimum).

Technical Support & Customer Service (at least 1 year experience in similar position).

Advanced Knowledge of PC (Hardware, Software, Internet).

Salary Benefits:

One year contract.

Work schedule 8 hours per day/5days per week (Working hours based on client’s needs, mainly Monday to Sunday 08:00am to 24:00pm).

Monthly performance bónus (100€) maximum
 
First 15 days accommodation in Hotel paid by our client (during this time will have a company looking for accommodation according to your expectation).
