NATIVE JAPANESE SPEAKER - TECHNICAL SUPPORT AGENT AT GREECE (ATHENS)

Cross Border Talents  has an offer for you at the Contact Centre in Greece. At the moment we are looking for native Japonese speakers, who also speak a second language, to fill several positions in a multinational Contact Center Company in Athens, Greece, it's a new client and we have several positions for enthusiastic native Japonese speakers.

You will be working for one of the best known, largest and most well respected multilingual Contact Centers worldwide; employing several thousand people around the globe, with offices in over 47 countries. The Contact Center handles more than 20,000 telephone based customer service projects every year on a global basis. The job position is for doing technical support for one of the biggest multinationals in the World.

Job Description/ Tasks

•    To ensure client satisfaction by offering specialized advice
•    To actively listen and pay attention to client issues
•    To resolve client queries and problems according to the TP values by email, phone call or chat 
•    Good problem solving skills

•    To troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents and system training.

Job Requirements:

•    Educational Level: High School Diploma or equivalent
•    Technical Accreditations and Specializations: With Experience at Least 3 months in similar position (Technical Support or Costummer Care)
•    Advenced Knowledge of PC (Hardware, Software, Internet), Knowledegement about the Apple Products
•    Native Japanese and fluent English as a second language

Salary Benefits:

Contract:

•    Fixed Term Contract 
•    8 hours per day / 5 day per week - working hours based on client’s needs, mainly Monday – Sunday: 08:00 – 24:00
•    Acommodation: Our client offer the first 15 days of stay in Hotel, during this time will have a company looking for accommodation according to your expectations
