Title: Swedish Technical Support

We are currently hiring Swedish speakers with interest in new technologies to start a career in a multilingual international company in sunny Athens. Successful candidates will be offered paid training and relocation assistance.



Responsibilities:

* Help customers resolve various issues and inquiries;
* Basic technical troubleshooting and resolving various issues and inquiries;
* Communication through e-mail, chat, phone, and social media;
* Maintain clear and respectful communication;
* Follow the established company procedures;
* Interact with other company departments;



Main Requirements:

* Fluent level of Swedish (native, or near native) and advanced English - both verbal and written;
* Strong interest in modern technologies;
* Experience in using mobile devices and apps;
* Excellent communication skills and active listening;
* Advanced computer skills;
* Analytical thinking;
* Time management skills;
* EU Passport
