Responsibilities:

* Communicate with customers through e-mail, chat, phone, and social media (no outbound calls);
* Solve various issues, and provide assistance ;
* Maintain clear and respectful communication;
* Follow the established company procedures;
* Interact with other company departments;



Main Requirements:

* Fluent level of Hungarian (native, or near native) and advanced English - both verbal and written;
* Experience in working with customers;
* Analytical thinking and a problem-solving attitude;
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
* Advanced computer skills;
* Teamwork and flexibility;
