At Easyship, we want to tear down the last barrier in international eCommerce: shipping. We believe that any business, regardless of their size, should be able to sell globally. We continue to grow in the Hong Kong market and looking to recruit a tenacious Sales executive to join our HK team! 

You will

  • CLOSE deals. Convert visitors to users
  • SEARCH new potential clients and show them how Easyship can improve their shipping experience
  • ONBOARD new clients to our platform
  • ANALYZE customer feedback and collaborate with the tech team to improve the product

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate

  • Must be able to speak Cantonese and/or Mandarin
  • Aspiring fresh grads, OR up to 2 or 3 years of experience in sale/business development. You have already worked for fast growing companies
  • Is tech-oriented. You don’t need to be a developer, but have to be passionate about tech, web, eCommerce, and all its applications
  • Excellent communication skills. You enjoy talking to clients, understanding their problems, and closing deals
  • High resilience in achieving goals – You don’t take NO for an answer
  • Strong problem solving skills. You can analyze the current market and figure out by yourself new, creative ways to improve the conversion rate
  • Great team player that can work under pressure and run the extra mile


  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. You enjoy talking to clients, understanding their problems, and closing deals.
  • Sharp commercial and business acumen.
  • Strong problem-solving skills. You can analyze the current market and figure out new, creative ways to improve the conversion rate.
  • Highly driven and diligent worker who can work on their own but also cooperate well with a team.
  • eCommerce knowledge or experience is a strong asset.
  • At least 2 to 4 years in sales/business development experience with a proven sales record. Less experienced people will be considered for Junior Sales executive role
