Good news! We are hiring Technical Support Specialists for our network operations groups. In this role you are going to:
+ Own, lead and drive issues and represent BT during technical conference calls
+ Handle technically complex incidents & changes
+ Be responsible for cooperating with internal and external stakeholders and making sure you leave a lasting good impression
+ Have the opportunity to learn from 3 rd line network engineers throughout troubleshooting sessions
+ Be exposed to a wide array of internetworking technologies (MPLS, DMVPN, SDWAN, ZScaler, BYOD WLAN, VoIP just to name a few) through supporting complex network solutions
+ Find out whether you are an early bird or a night owl thanks to the weekly rotating shift pattern
We'll also need to see these on your CV:
Professional and Language skills:
+ In-depth understanding of LAN/WAN technologies (think CCNA-level knowledge, the certificate is not needed)
+ 1-2 years’ of experience in technical support
+ Familiarity with the following products is an _advantage_ : Juniper, Adva, Avaya, Ipanema, Meraki
+ Advanced English is a must due to it being the working language at BT
