About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our organisation provide a professional administration function to support the work of the Europe Region of WAGGGS and the day to day upkeep of the WAGGGS Europe office, focusing on communication, financial and HR processes, office-related tasks and meeting logistics.

About You
As the successful candidate you will have significant experience undertaking administration duties in a busy office and financial and HR procedures in the Belgian context.

You will have ideally of experience of AISBL regulations and Belgian labour law, working with and managing external suppliers and drafting and formatting documents in English and French.

You will have a great track record of developing and maintaining effective administration systems, working with a minimal supervision and taking the initiative.
It is essential that you can demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and French, both written and verbal.
