Customer Experience Specialist

Your Mission

  • Support existing English and German (and/or French and/or Portuguese) speaking users on a daily basis
  • Sell more functionalities and services
  • Build strong relationships with clients by exceeding the client’s expectations
  • Take part in internal and external projects for the growth of the company

Job Requirements:

Your Profile

  • You have 3 years of experience in a customer service role
  • You have the drive to create value for the company by selling additional features to our existing customers and respect objectives.
  • You have a native level of English and a full working proficiency in German (Portuguese is a plus)
  • You have excellent communication skills and you adapt easily to different cultures
  • You are eager to work independently and to cultivate business relationships over the phone and by email
