Our client is a global online provider of foreign exchange (forex) trading and related services to retail and institutional customers worldwide, providing services through its own online trading platforms and affiliates. The company has offices in Plano, San Francisco, London, Paris, Berlin, Milan, Hong Kong, Sydney, Athens, Tokyo, affiliate offices in Toronto, Tel-Aviv, Santiago, Beirut and has a rapidly growing back-office operations department in Sofia.

Who is the position suitable for?

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals for full-time positions in the Operations department. Prior banking/customer service experience and a college degree in a related field are preferred.

Job Category: Financial Services

Hours: 40 hours/week. Monday to Friday (09:00-18:00 working hours)

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform
back office operations, activate accounts, process transactions (withdrawals, transfers, deposits), and post deposits (credit card, wires, online checks, bank checks)
• Perform customer service functions and correspond with clients (via phone, live person chat, emails) while providing a one-call resolution for client issues
• Liaise directly with
Sales team in other locations
• Translate business, financial, operational related documents
• Other job-related tasks and projects as assigned

Experience & Skills:

• Must be fluent in both English and Chinese language 
• BA/BS degree in a related field (preferably Finance, Business Management)
• All candidates must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/Powerpoint)
• Must have prior customer service or financial services experience
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment
• Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must be a team player
