5+ years experience in retail and digital marketing, of which minimum 3 on a management position (start up and e-commerce experience is a plus)
Experience in managing minimum 5-digits monthly budgets for online and traditional advertising (TV, radio, and other channels)
Experience and skills in digital marketing in all its fields: performance (both Google and Facebook + remarketing), direct, social media
Experience heading large scale marketing initiatives in various markets in Europe, with budget and performance accountability
Experience collaborating with creative and IT product (web, app) teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (another EU language will be a plus)
Well organized strategic thinker, who takes the initiative to deliver results
