Internship Position:

Human Resource Internship

Internship Description:

  • Deliver effective Learning & Development (L&D) courses and programmes for clients
  • Support new and routine services that aim to accomplish business needs
  • Support team members to create programmes that prepare employees to perform current and future jobs requiring more complex knowledge and skills

Major Responsibilities:

  • Help to enhance company-wide/department-wide English environment by purposefully interacting with RSP employees (via informal conversations, formal presentations, sharing sessions, forums, etc.)
  • Help to raise awareness of cultural differences and facilitate the cross-cultural understanding (via informal conversations, formal presentations, sharing sessions, forums, etc.)
  • Help supervisors identify the skills you can help RSP employees develop or learn and share expertise.
  • Actual work assignments are flexible depending on business needs, individual capabilities, and individual development goals
  • Interns will also be asked to make a presentation at the end of the programme to the senior management staff that highlights their work efforts and shares observations & recommendations for improving the learning environment at the company


Job Requirements:


  • Have basic MS-Office skills
  • Rising senior, senior, college/university graduate in Business Administration, HR, Training or similar
  • Strong English proficiency
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn new things quickly
  • Strong communication skills
  • Committed to helping team members achieve success
  • Desire to help others in innovative and creative ways
  • Track record of making and fulfilling commitments
  • Basic graphic design or learning technology skills preferred (but not required)
  • Basic instructional design and/or facilitation skills preferred (but not required)
