Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and goals.

• Demonstrating understanding of business issues and translating to talent strategies to meet business objectives which are aligned to corporate goals.

• Defining and agreeing service level agreements with clients, focusing on time, quality and customer service

• Providing accurate market inteligence surrounding availability of candidates considering geographies, skills, level etc. Understanding where the pools of candidates exist and the best attraction strategies to penetrate target community.

• Contributing to client projects regarding attracting and retaining talent. Collating information regarding market perception of brand and working alongside client talent management teams to promote and improve attraction strategies.
