Are you fluent in Greek and looking for a once in a lifetime job opportunity in a beautiful island? This company is looking for a Greek speaking Administrator to join their fast-paced team in Suva, Fiji


Your key job responsibilities as the Greek speaking Administrator in Suva, Fiji will include:


  • Help manage switchboard operations when Greek clients call in
  • Handle and register purchase orders
  • Register product and materials receipts and ensure proper financial processes
  • Ensure that overtime sheets are completed accurately and timeously
  • Ensure all documentation is received and brought to finalization
  • Relationship Management
  • Effective communication and maintained sound business relationships with other internal departments
  • Interact with Greek customers and service providers



Job Requirements:

Requirements for this Greek speaking Administrator job in Suva, Fiji:


  • Must be fluent in Greek
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 year's relevant admin experience
  • Experience preparing presentations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer Literate
